  • 8x8 Baking Pan

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Butter (must use real butter for best results)
  • 1/3 Cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar (may need up to 3 cups depending on consistency)

Instructions

  • Boil the brown sugar and butter in a saucepan.
  • Add the milk, stirring constantly and boil again.
  • Remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature.
  • Add the vanilla and beat in the powdered sugar until smooth and thick.
  • Spread into an 8X8 pan, cover with waxed paper and refrigerate.
  • Cut into squares and serve.
